Strong-Arm Robbery
1400 block of Kooser Rd.
Police responded to the 1400 block of Kooser Road on the report of a 911 phone call from a local convenience store. On arrival, the taser was deployed and one suspect was arrested for strong-arm robbery. There were no injuries and all of the property was recovered.

Missing Person
6700 block of Bret Harte Drive
The reporting party woke to hear the front door open and found that her husband, who suffers from Alzheimer’s disease, was missing. She looked for him for about an hour before calling police. The missing man is a white male, 66 years old, 5’8”, 145 pounds with gray hair and blue eyes. The midnight District Adam team searched the immediate and extended neighborhoods upon arrival. They also covered Camden Avenue along the Los Alamitos Creek Trail between Harry Road and Almaden Expressway. They contacted San Jose Parks officers to walk the creek along the trail from Almaden Lake to Harry Road. A SJPD bloodhound also searched the area as well as a citizen on a motorcycle who made two round trips along the trail. Missing Persons Unit was advised and assisted with the investigation and search. The subject was located safe and sound about 2:30 p.m.

Search Warrant
1300 block of Dentwood
Officers obtained information from two different informants that narcotics were being sold from the above address. They obtained a search warrant and seized three grams of methamphetamine, scales and other packaging materials and also stolen property from recent burglaries in the area. The suspect was arrested and booked in the main jail.

Vandalism/Possible Hate Incident
Throughout District Adam Five
Four different victims reported their car windows being broken and graffiti sprayed on their cars. All four cars were spray painted with the same paint. Two of the cars had swastikas painted on them. There is no connection among victims.
