City breaks ground on new dog park

Incoming San Jose City Council Member Nancy Pyle, San Jose Vice Mayor Pat Dando and Fontana Dog Park Committee Member Cathy Randazzo break new ground on the park on Dec. 11. Dog owners and their furry friends were asked to gather around and take part in the ceremony.

Hensley said the area will eventually become “a beautiful, nice dog park” where dog owners can take the leash off and watch their pets play.
