Assault with a Deadly Weapon
5500 Block of Muir Drive
Police responded to a report of an assault with a deadly weapon. Two victims phoned the police and reported that they had been stabbed. Fire and ambulance personnel responded to the scene and both victims were transported to a local hospital. Their injuries are not life threatening.

Coroner’s Case
6900 Queenswood Way
The 91-year-old deceased male was discovered by his son, who cared for him. The deceased was an Alzheimer’s patient, with a history of other medical conditions. The death appears to be natural. The coroner was contacted.

Missing Person (Mental Handicap)
1500 block of Puerto Vallarta Drive
San Jose Police responded to the above location on the report of a missing juvenile. The missing juvenile was determined to be a voluntary runaway. An area search was conducted with negative results.
