Pioneer High School presents tribute to World War II Veterans

The Performing Arts Department at Pioneer High School on Blossom Hill Road will present a tribute to World War II veterans in the PAC on Nov. 8 at 7 p.m. Admission is free and will feature performances by the school’s jazz band, led by Ken Roberts, the varsity singers, led by Jeremy Harris, and Pioneer's advanced drama students, led by Steve Dini.

Light refreshments and music from World War II and readings from the columns of Ernie Pyle will be featured along with a swing dance segment. The free event is open to the public and veterans are especially encouraged to attend.
