He immediately struck up a conversation by saying, “Hi,” and reached out to shake hands. While talking to the victim, the suspect reached out and grabbed the victim's right breast. The victim ran and was chased by the suspect. When she stopped, he caught up and grabbed the victim's other breast. She told him to stop and ran toward her apartment complex near Pruneridge and Wolfe Road. The suspect followed her and patted her buttocks saying, “Hey baby” before running off. He was described as an East Indian male under 20 years old, approximately 5-foot 6-inches tall, 140 lbs., wearing a dark purple type of turban. The suspect might frequent the Valco Fashion Park.
