Marijuana cultivation

1500 block of Trevor Drive

Narcotics officers served a search warrant at the residence for marijuana cultivation. Officers dismantled the indoor cultivation and seized 5 pounds of groomed buds, 73 plants and 10 assorted rifles and handguns.

Auto burglary

6100 block of Paso Los Cerritos

An officer made a pedestrian stop on a suspicious person at Firefly Drive and Desert Flame Drive. Near the stop was a backpack that contained stolen property from an unreported auto burglary. The suspect claimed he was with another person waiting for a third person to pick them up. Another officer arrived to assist and transport the suspect to Preprocessing. Enroute he saw another subject at Redmond and Almaden Expressway being picked up by a subject in a white Mustang. The suspect identified the other two as the parties he was with. Officers caught up to the departing vehicle and initiated a stop on Almaden and Coleman. The driver had a misdemeanor warrant. All three were booked into Santa Clara County Jail.
