The Eagles rock the Pavilion
The southern California rock group which made it big in the eighties are still filling stadiums and arenas but this time around the audience is filled with baby boomers partying alongside their teenagers. The Eagles landed at HP Pavilion on Monday night rocking a sellout crowd who sang along to such well-known tunes as “Take it to the Limit” which Glenn Frey described as the song our wives call our ‘credit card song’ and the soulful “Hotel California”. And, the crowd laughed in agreement when Don Henley dedicated his song “Dirty Laundry” to Fox TV’s Nancy Grace. Here Don Henley, Glenn Frey and Joe Walsh play for the sellout crowd. The Eagles will play the Pavilion again on Friday night, October 14 and tickets are still available. Photo by Ron Stenn.
