Valley Christian presents ‘Romeo and Juliet’ with a Scottish twist
Valley Christian Theatre presents Shakespeare's timeless tragedy “Romeo and Juliet” with a Scottish
twist. Witness one of the greatest literary works of all time presented in a unique and intriguing way. Set in 1304 AD, there is renewed conflict as the Scottish Capulets are in constant dissention with the English Montagues due to the historic English occupation of Scotland. With experimental staging techniques and a fresh look at the war between the two families, this show will prove to be Romeo and Juliet like you've never seen them before.
Performances run Oct. 18 through 28. Tickets will go on sale Oct. 3. Adults are $12, students and seniors are $10, and children ages 12 and under are $8. For more information, call (408) 513-2438.
