Don’t forget Constitution Week, Sept. 17-23

As summer draws to a close and we begin to focus on the coming fall season, I hope all Almaden residents will take a moment to be appreciative of the constitution of the United States during Constitution Week Sept.17-23. We can easily take for granted all the freedoms provided by this spectacular document and this week is a wonderful opportunity to reflect on how the freedoms and rights it provides affect our every day lives. We should all take pride in our constitution, as it is a document that is unique to the United States of America and has enabled the United States to develop into the greatest nation on earth. I hope all residents will fly their flags during Constitution Week to demonstrate their pride for their country and its constitution.
