Former Oak Grove history teacher arrested for sex crimes
On Sept. 6 at about 11:30 a.m., San Jose resident David Hezzelwood, 36, surrendered himself to the San Jose Police Department. He was wanted on a $100,000 warrant for his arrest for two counts of un-lawful sexual intercourse with a minor, a 16-year-old Oak Grove student, two counts of oral copulation with a minor and one count of child annoyance.

Det. Robert Dillon began an investigation after the victim came forward to report the inappropriate sexual activity. Hezzelwood is a former history teacher at Oak Grove High school.
Hezzelwood was booked into Santa Clara County Jail. Detectives believe there may be additional victims in this case and are asking anyone with information to contact them.

Stabbing
On June 4, 2005 at approximately 1:55 a.m., Noe Leon stabbed a victim in the neck in the area of San Fernando and 2nd near the San Jose Bar and Grill club. The victim received life-threatening wounds, but is in stable condition.
Leon is a validated member of the Norteno street gang. Leon has tattoos of “LEON” on his back and “OESTA” on both biceps. There is a warrant for his arrest.
