ALMADEN AREA CRIME REPORT

Burglary
Dentwood Drive – Almaden Elementary School
Four juveniles entered the school and took miscellaneous property. All four suspects were apprehended by officers as they were attempting to flee the building. The juveniles were processed at Juvenile PPC, cited and released to their parents.

Stabbing
Good Samaritan Hospital
The victim, a 20-year-old Vietnamese male, was dropped off at the above location. The subject had a stab wound to his side. The hospital advised that it was not a life-threatening injury. The subject stated that he was involved in a fight at a party, when he was stabbed by an unknown male. He could not give the location of the occurrence, but believed it to be on the San Jose/ Sunnyvale border. There is no suspect information.

Medically Attended Death
Almaden Road/Timber Crest Drive
A 91-year-old male passed away in his residence. The subject had a Do Not Recessitate order and his death was determined to be medically attended. The coroner’s office was contacted and a release was obtained.

Domestic Violence
Samaritan Drive/Union
Domestic violence occurred in this area. The suspect was arrested and while being transported to the jail, he kicked out the rear window of a patrol vehicle. He was booked into jail without further incident. The vehicle was written up at the garage and removed from service.
