Witness concerned about yelling

Editor,
I am responding to the ignorant editorial of Stacy Lee.

I am the mother of this little boy, and witnessed this woman come on our private property and yell at my son. This concerned me as we do have a problem with homeless people finding their way out to our little bit of paradise. I stood there as my son came to me in tears because of this woman (Stacy Lee).

For generations San Francisco families have enjoyed the peacefulness of the country. My son is the fourth generation from my family and the fifth generation from my husband’s family to enjoy and have the opportunity to grow up in Twin Creeks. For generations my family has hunted in the area and still does. They will continue to do so as long as we own the property. My husband teaches our boys safety and respect for the land.

Twin Creeks is and will always be a peaceful and beautiful area.

Sincerely,
A concerned mother

Thanks Eagle Scouts for cleaning up an eyesore

Editor,

Thank you, thank you, thank you Eagle Scout troop. It is wonderful to see the eyesore in front of the posts office landscaped. We pride ourselves in living in such a nice area and yet we fail to keep it looking good. Maybe it will encourage every citizen in Almaden to keep the trash in their cars until they get home. I am so discouraged in finding Starbucks cups and other trash in my yard or seeing it tossed along the road. Please people take some pride in your neighborhood.
