Lizard Lady to visit library August 5
By Shirley Brewer
Young Adult Librarian
Meet Velvet, Don Juan, Darth Vadar, and Scottie on Saturday, Aug. 5 at 11 a.m. Who are they? They are reptile friends of the Lizard Lady, Teressa Kellen. Did you know a snake’s tongue helps it smell? Look at a reptile’s
eyes. If it has a slit-like pupil, it is probably nocturnal. If it has a round pupil, it is active in the daytime. The Lizard Lady’s reptile friends will slither and crawl their way into your heart and are looking forward to seeing
all of you.
