Rich DeLaRosa named Allstate regional champion
Rich DeLaRosa is one of seven local Allstate insurance agents who recently earned the regional champion award for high standards in customer satisfaction, customer retention and profitability.
DeLaRosa, whose agency is located at 4340 Almaden Expressway joins five other San Joseans in winning the award. They are Maurice Tofig, Joe Jabr, Wayne Hopp, Iris Wise and Robert Varich.
The seven agents are now top Allstate agents in the nation in auto, property and commercial insurance and financial service sales.
For more than 60 years, this level of recognition has been Allstate’s symbol of outstanding achievement and recognizes these agents for years of performance as well as serving as a symbol of the agency’s dedication in serving customers.
Alice Chan, an Allstate agency owner located in San Jose, was recently inducted into the Allstate Financial Hall of Fame at the Allstate Leaders Forum in Orlando, Fla.
The highest honor of distinction for Allstate’s exclusive agency owners and personal financial representatives, the Allstate Financial Hall of Fame is a highly selective achievement that recognizes an exceptional, consistent commitment to helping customers plan for their insurance and financial needs and retirement savings goals.
“Alice Chan has shown over time that she is a valuable community resource regarding financial issues and we’re proud that she has been highly praised by Allstate for her dedication and service to customers,” said Robert H.
Barge III, California field vice president, Allstate. “Whether it’s putting a child through college, strategies for retirement or protecting financial assets, Alice has helped countless customers realize their own American dream.”
Agency owners gain admission into the Allstate Financial Hall of Fame in one of two ways:
— Achieve the top 5 percent in sales production for 20 or more years.
— Achieve the top 5 percent in sales production for 10 or more years and for at least one year, be selected as one of the three top agency owners countrywide based on year-end results in growth, retention, profitability and financial services sales production.
All new inductees have a bronze plaque permanently displayed in the Allstate Financial Hall of Fame, located at the Allstate Corporation’s home office in Northbrook, Ill. In addition, they receive a duplicate bronze plaque, signature Allstate Hall of Fame black blazer and Rolex watch. The Allstate Leaders Forum is a business event where sales professionals can exchange ideas, experiences, and opinions with their peers and Allstate leaders.
