Cooling centers to open for heat wave
With temperatures late this week and weekend expected to heat up to the 100s, the city of San Jose is opening specific community centers for extended hours to provide relief. High temperatures can be dangerous for the very young and elderly in the community. If you need a place to cool down, the following centers will be open to the public.
All cooling centers will be open until 9 p.m. Wednesday through Friday May 14-16.
