April 15, 2004 ValleyViewpointsReader appreciates article on Pro America Spirit Editor, Since I do not live in the Almaden area, I did not see the article on Pro America Spirit ( Almaden Times Weekly March 25 issue) until recently. I am a volunteer with Pro America Spirit. I was delighted to see such a well-written report about our positive gestures of patriotism. It is a shame that other newspapers don't have a reporter of Lorraine Gabbert's caliber. Basically, I just wanted to thank you for your fine reporting. Roberta Allen Editor's note: Pro America Spirit will host a BBQ and carwash at Almaden Feed and Fuel this Saturday from 10:30 to 2:30.
