Holy Spirit School to host 4th Annual Auction Dinner
at Cinnabar Hills Golf Club

Holy Spirit School’s parent teacher board (PTG) will present its 4th Annual Auction Dinner April 23 from 6:30- to 11:00 p.m., at the Cinnabar Hills Golf Club. The theme this year is California Dreamin’ to celebrate the great state we live in and all the dreamin’ places we are fortunate to have here.

The event features a reception and hors d’oeuvres, silent auction with grade-level baskets, elegant sit down dinner and dessert, live auction showcasing student-craft items and a grand prize raffle drawing and dancing.
This annual event has traditionally been a memorable evening for all with all proceeds benefiting Holy Spirit School’s children, curricular programs, technology and the library. With the generous support of the community, corporate sponsors and the families of Holy Spirit School over $250,000 has been raised over the last three years from this benefit alone. Over 300 people return to this event each year to support our school, and it is always a sold out event.

This special event is not possible without the support of the PTG Board: Principal Eileen Beck, Pastor Brendan McGuire, Parish Representative Michele O’Neil, President Margaret Graham, Vice-President Trudy Schapansky, Secretary Sue Mazon, Treasurer Jill Foster, Ways & Means Fundraising Chair Jacqui Hajost, School Projects Chair Candace Garrett, Social Chair Mindy George, and Auction Chair Laura Castellano.

Castellano’s team has spent hours preparing for this fundraiser. “The fundraising team has been fabulous, and I cannot imagine hosting an event of this magnitude without the support of these school parents and volunteers,” says Castellano.

Parent volunteers are: Donation Chair Sheldon Perry, Raffle & Entertainment Chairs Nate and Judy Deaton, Wine Donation Chair Tom Martell, Decoration Chairs Vicky Santos and Laura Carrillo, Photograph Chair Sue Mazon, Art Project Chairs Pam Hudson and Kelly Guild, Classroom Basket Chair Becky Menne, Design and Printing Chair Denise Dahart and Database Maintenance Chair Marianne Praise.

If you would like to attend this event, or give a tax-deductible donation that benefits children, contact Donation Chair Sheldon Perry at (408) 406-9455.
