Almaden Area Police Report
3/15, Weapons Call
5600 block of Hoffman Court
An anonymous reporting party stated approximately ten males were preparing to fight with sticks and baseball bats. Responding officers located eight individuals and found one bat and one automatic pistol replica. No arrests were made.
3/16, Strong Arm Robbery
1290 Blossom Hill Road - Pioneer High School
A strong arm robbery occurred at Pioneer High School. Two juvenile victims were walking through the school when three juvenile suspects approached them and demanded their wallets and money. The suspects forcibly took their property and fled the scene. During follow officers located the robbery suspects to the rear of an apartment complex on Hoffman Court. Two suspects were immediately taken into custody and a foot pursuit of the third suspect began. The third suspect was lost in the area. The victim positively identified the two suspects during an in-field line up. The suspects were found to be in possession of some of the victim's property. The suspects were booked into Juvenile Hall. An officer was slightly injured during the foot pursuit when he slipped and fell on the asphalt while chasing the suspect.
