Teen Dance Company performance set for this Saturday
Local teens provide dazzling entertainment for Children's Advocates benefit at the Fairmont

"Come Play for a Child" is the upcoming benefit for the Children's Advocates annual gala fund-raising event. Dinner, auction and dazzling entertainment by Teen Dance Company will highlight the evening as the Advocates expect to raise $250,000 for abused and neglected children of the Silicon Valley. Over 500 guests are expected to attend the gala, including much local business and community leaders, As the Teen Dance Company's talented dancers captivate the gala's guests, these teens also hold a strong sense of community awareness in participating in the event and other community activities.

The goal of Teen Dance Company is not only to cultivate young teenage artists, but also to develop the understanding of the importance of their connection to society, in doing such programs as the Children's' advocates benefit. Teen Dance Company teaches these dancers the concept of dance as an art and creates a greater awareness of the necessity of art to the human existence. These young dancers hope to bring a very unique experience to the guests at the Children's Advocate's Gala event Saturday night.
