On Jan. 31, 2005 at 11:15 p.m., San Jose Police officers responded on a call of shots fired in the 3900 block of Tiverton Drive. On arrival, officers found a male suffering from multiple gunshot wounds lying in a driveway. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Detectives believe that this murder was the result of a drive-by shooting, but have not yet established a motive. Witnesses stated that several males fled the area in two vehicles immediately after the shooting. Currently, there are no suspects.

CRIME STOPPERS is a cooperative effort between the local media, San Jose Police Department, and a citizen Board of Directors. Once a week an unsolved police case is presented to the public. Citizens are urged to call 947-STOP if they have information on any other serious crime and remain anonymous. Rewards of up to $1,000 are offered for information leading to an arrest. You do not give your name, you are given a code number.
