Missing cat; reward offered

An Almaden family who lives in the vicinity of McAbee and Almaden Expressway has lost their cat and is offering a reward for his return:

“There is a very loved young cat out there and his family is really trying to locate him. Sox has been missing a little over a week. Sox is very friendly and loveable which makes us think [hope] someone took him in and will return him when they see he already has a home but simply snuck out one night. He had a black collar with a red heart-shaped tag. Although the tag says "Austie," his name is Sox [we were using that one until we could get him another engraved as he had just lost his]. He is mostly black on top and white underneath, with a huge, fluffy tail and a white "Hershey Kiss" shaped face, along with what my son calls a black "goatee" on his chin. His white paws all around are the reason our son named him Sox and we miss him terribly. His mommy "Hermione" [our other cat] misses him too. The phone number on the tag is 323-5292... We are offering a reward!”
